As the only triple board certified fellowship trained female bariatric and general surgeon in the Rio Grande Valley, Dr. Hill is dedicated to providing life-changing surgical solutions for patients seeking weight loss and improved overall health.

 

Dr. Hill earned her medical degree from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas, followed by general surgery residency at SUNY at Buffalo, New York.

She then completed a fellowship in bariatric and minimally invasive surgery at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, Virginia equipping her with the expertise to offer cutting-edge procedures with precision and compassion.

 

With over 12 years of experience in minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted surgery, Dr. Hill specializes in bariatric procedures such as gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, and revisional bariatric surgery, as well as a wide range of general surgical procedures.

 

Because she is board certified in obesity medicine, Dr. Hill has expertise in medical management and treatment of obesity.
